Trainee Recruiter – Remote Entry-Level Position

About the role

Join a global technology services leader as a Trainee Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will work remotely, supporting experienced recruiters throughout the full hiring cycle while learning the fundamentals of sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on multiple job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist senior recruiters with initial resume screening.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop hiring expertise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people‑focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
