Virtual Assistant – Fulfilment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support our fast‑growing DeFi education platform. This fully remote position will help ensure smooth communication and efficient onboarding for our global community of investors and learners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage email inboxes and daily communications.
• Escalate and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Draft reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Maintain clear, continuous communication with customers.
• Perform general administrative duties and support team operations.
• Onboard new customers and guide them through initial processes.

Required profile

• Native or professional‑level English speaker.
• Resident of South America.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong customer service background.
• Familiarity with DeFi or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word‑processing and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Google Suite).
• Experience using online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant‑messaging communication abilities.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
