VP Investor Relations - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. In this remote contractor position, you will use your financial expertise to improve the accuracy and reasoning of AI chatbots handling macro‑economic, corporate finance, and capital‑markets queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers to complex finance‑related questions.
• Apply your education and work experience to verify the logic and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with real‑world edge cases and detailed scenarios to test their reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides each new model version toward higher reliability.
• Deliver diverse, high‑complexity problems to AI chatbots and assess their performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Background in finance, preferably with an MBA or advanced degree; a current or completed Master’s/PhD is a plus but not mandatory.
