Web & SEO Specialist – Build & Optimize Law Firm Site

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Web & SEO Specialist to lead the digital presence of a boutique personal injury law firm. You will take an approved design mockup and turn it into a fast, responsive, conversion‑focused website while continuously improving its search performance.

Key responsibilities

• Transform design mockups into a fully responsive website, managing the project from launch through ongoing optimization.
• Build and maintain practice‑area, location, and blog pages within the CMS (Webflow or WordPress).
• Improve UX, page speed, accessibility, security, and bug‑free performance.
• Own site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, XML sitemaps, redirects, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and legal schema (LegalService, FAQ, Review, Breadcrumb).
• Conduct high‑intent keyword research focused on case‑driving terms and NYC locations.
• Optimize on‑page content in line with E‑E‑A‑T and YMYL standards.
• Manage Google Business Profile, local citations, and location pages for local map‑pack visibility.
• Support link‑building and digital‑PR initiatives to increase domain authority.
• Run CRO experiments on intake forms, click‑to‑call, and live chat to convert traffic into signed cases.
• Own GA4, Google Search Console, lead/call tracking, and rank tracking to shape growth roadmaps.

Required profile

• 3+ years at the intersection of web design/build and SEO (agency or in‑house).
• Proven ability to design and launch fast, conversion‑focused sites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong track record with technical, on‑page, and local SEO strategies.
• Highly organized, able to manage end‑to‑end web launches independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
