Account Manager

About the role

GeologicAI is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with strategic mining clients that operate across the exploration‑to‑production lifecycle. You will act as the senior point of contact, ensuring client success while expanding the portfolio of services and products delivered.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within mining companies.
• Understand clients’ business, technical, and commercial needs to propose tailored solutions.
• Design and execute growth strategies for existing operations and new sites within the client’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior executives and the commercial team to negotiate and monitor commercial terms.
• Serve as the bridge between clients and internal technical teams, translating client value drivers into actionable insights.
• Provide input on product development, use‑case identification, and technology adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing strategic accounts in the mining or natural resources sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating and expanding contracts.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and project teams.
