Account Manager – Mining Solutions (Chile)

About the role

Bradken is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support and grow its mining customer base in Chile. Based remotely with frequent travel to the Second Region, you will focus on expanding market share for Ground Engaging Tools (GETs) and Undercarriage solutions within the open‑pit mining sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing mining customers, conducting regular site visits to monitor product wear.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver customized technical solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, quotes, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales Support, Engineering, and Mineral Processing teams to provide after‑sales support and resolve operational issues.
• Achieve aggressive sales growth targets aligned with Bradken’s BK28 strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Engineering or technical trade background (Mechanical, Mining, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of technical sales or account management experience in the Chilean open‑pit mining industry.
• Deep knowledge of large mining equipment, especially excavators and rope shovels.
• Fluency in Spanish; professional English proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel independently across the region.
