Affiliate Executive – LATAM Partnerships

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a motivated Affiliate Executive to lead and expand affiliate partnerships across key Latin American markets. You will drive client acquisition and trading volume through performance‑driven marketing, campaign optimisation, and influencer collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard and manage affiliate partners in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Brazil.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve affiliate performance and engagement.
• Monitor, analyse and optimise campaigns using Impact, Cellxpert and Appsflyer.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance and Product teams to ensure effective partnerships.
• Stay updated on LATAM market trends, competition and regulatory requirements.
• Work with influencers and content creators to boost brand awareness and attract new clients.
• Provide affiliates and influencers with creative assets, insights and regular performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within Forex, CFDs or fintech.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven approach to performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of LATAM trading behaviours and local regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Existing network of affiliate partners is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese with proficiency in English.
