AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking experienced finance professionals to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. You will review AI responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets, ensuring logical accuracy and practical relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Use your education and work experience to verify reasoning and accuracy.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their outputs for correctness and performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not required.
