AI Trainer – Product Strategist (Finance)

About the role

We are expanding our AI Assistant platform to serve finance professionals. As an AI Trainer – Product Strategist, you will use your finance expertise to evaluate and improve the reasoning of AI chatbots that answer questions on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI Assistant answers for accuracy, logic, and relevance to financial topics.
• Design and present complex, real‑world finance scenarios to test model performance.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps refine each model version.
• Collaborate with the AI development team to communicate findings and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in financial analysis, modeling, and data‑driven decision making.
