AI Training Lead

About the role

The AI Training Lead will design, develop and deliver learning programs that boost employee capabilities across the organisation. You will work closely with multiple departments to uncover training needs, create engaging content and measure the impact of each programme.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously update training materials and learning programmes.
• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual sessions for new hires and existing staff using a variety of learning methods.
• Adapt training approaches to suit different audiences and learning styles.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching and support where required.
• Incorporate feedback, industry best practices and new methodologies to improve programmes.
• Collaborate with the broader training team to standardise processes and ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a trainer, instructional designer or similar role in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult‑learning theory.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
