AI‑Driven Digital Marketing Leader (B2B Tech)

About the role

Apiux is seeking an AI‑driven Digital Marketing Leader to shape demand generation and go‑to‑market strategies for its B2B technology and AI services. The role blends traditional digital marketing with cutting‑edge AI tools to create compelling value propositions and accelerate pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate ~40 MQLs per month and maintain a 20% MQL‑to‑SQL conversion rate.
• Design and execute multi‑channel demand generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, webinars and events.
• Leverage generative AI tools for content creation, personalization and marketing automation.
• Develop and productize AI‑focused value propositions, messaging, sales‑enablement assets and case studies.
• Coordinate webinars, executive events and strategic campaigns to strengthen Apiux’s brand as a leading AI and digital transformation partner in Latin America.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B technology or IT services marketing experience.
• Proven demand‑generation track record with measurable lead‑to‑opportunity results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomes for executive audiences.
