Aircraft Structures Technician

About the role

The Structures Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft sheet‑metal components, composite structures, and hydraulic systems. You will work on multiple locations across the United States, ensuring every repair meets FAA standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft structures in accordance with FAA‑approved data and company standards.
• Document all work on internal forms and official aircraft maintenance records.
• Select, calibrate, and use the correct tooling for each task.
• Interpret technical data, service manuals, and engineering drawings while performing repairs.
• Maintain a clean, FOD‑free work environment and adhere to all OSHA safety regulations.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and follow all safety‑sensitive procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• 13+ years of experience with aircraft structures and composites in the aerospace industry.
• Prior experience in aircraft maintenance; familiarity with turboprop aircraft is advantageous.
• Ability to work alert, follow safety protocols, and maintain regular attendance.
