Analista Contable Senior

About the role

Blauson, a key partner in the distribution and support of high‑complexity medical devices, is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join the Finance & Administration team. The role works closely with the Finance Manager to ensure accurate accounting, tax, and financial processes, especially during an ERP migration.

Key responsibilities

• Record and manage supplier invoices, bank operations and accruals, guaranteeing correct account allocation.
• Execute and supervise monthly and annual closing processes, meeting schedules and ensuring data integrity.
• Audit and validate bank reconciliations prepared by Treasury, resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare post‑close accounting reports and variance analyses to support management decisions.
• Administer fixed‑asset inventory, registration and depreciation, ensuring compliance with COMAP project commitments.
• Analyze and audit cost allocation for imported medical supplies, confirming accurate cost‑of‑sale and margin calculations.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit roles.
• Proactive, analytical, detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with leaders across functions.
