About the role

This temporary position supports the sales team during a commercial exhibition, providing direct assistance to visitors and helping promote products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers attending the exhibition.
• Guide visitors to the appropriate Sales Executives.
• Promote and present the exhibition’s products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Support the registration of customers and commercial opportunities.
• Follow up on exhibition‑related activities and provide operational support.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Student of Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication or related fields.
• Minimum six months of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Experience in sales, promotion, or direct customer contact.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Office 365.

What we offer

• Average monthly salary of RD$45,700.
• Fixed‑term contract for three months.
• On‑site work during exhibition hours (12 p.m. – 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday, one day off per week).
