About the role

The Technical Assistant supports Ferrovial's Technical Office, ensuring that project documentation, drawings and measurements are accurate, up‑to‑date and readily available. The position reports to the Technical Office Manager and works closely with Engineering, Site, Quality, Procurement and Sub‑contracts teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain version control, registers and technical repositories for all project documents.
• Verify that the most current drawings and technical information are used on‑site.
• Assist with quantity take‑offs and measurement records, organizing and backing up progress data.
• Consolidate documentation required for payment applications and project reporting.
• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and systematic approach to handling technical information.
• Ability to work under supervision and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
• Good organizational skills and proficiency in handling large volumes of documentation.
