About the role

Join our TalentPop team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, providing voice and chat support in Spanish and English. You will be the friendly voice and helpful presence that our customers rely on, delivering fast, personalized assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries from a diverse customer base.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide quick resolutions.
• Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.

• Provide feedback to refine service quality and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Previous bilingual support experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM systems knowledge.
