Bilingual IT Support Specialist – Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual IT Support Specialist to join our client’s technology team in Quilicura. The role focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 help‑desk assistance, maintaining local network infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies while collaborating with an IT team based in Italy.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, user accounts, and corporate applications.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain local LAN/WAN networks and VPN connections.
• Implement and enforce the group’s IT security policies and tools.
• Report incidents and propose technical solutions to the remote IT team in Italy.
• Travel to branch offices or other LATAM locations for on‑site interventions when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, help‑desk, or network administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central (Dynamics 365 BC) ERP.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with strong communication skills.
