Biology Expert - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Biology Expert to train frontier AI systems by designing advanced biology problems. The role involves creating deterministic tasks with a single correct answer and delivering fully verified solutions. You will work remotely, collaborating with AI researchers to improve model reasoning in experimental and computational biology.

Key responsibilities

• Design challenging biology problems that test AI capabilities in experimental reasoning and system understanding.
• Create deterministic tasks with one correct answer and provide complete, verified solutions.
• Develop problem sets involving computational analysis, bioinformatics workflows, and biological system modeling using Python.
• Collaborate with AI teams to integrate biology problems into training pipelines.

Required profile

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related life‑science discipline.
• Research or industry experience in computational or quantitative biological analysis.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Data analysis.
• Bioinformatics workflow development.

What we offer

• Contract position of 20 hours per week.
• Compensation up to 40 USD per hour.
• Initial project duration of 2 months with potential extension.
