About the role

This position is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to lead business growth initiatives across the APAC region within the gaming and technology sectors. You will own the full business development cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets related to gross margin, client acquisition, and conversion performance across APAC.
  • Manage the entire business development lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with gaming and technology clients, identifying long‑term partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, strategy, and events teams to ensure proposals are innovative and commercially effective.
  • Optimize sales operations by improving CRM workflows and lead management using HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings locally and internationally.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Mandatory experience within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
  • Proven track record of managing sales pipelines and closing deals independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, Mandarin or Korean a strong advantage.
  • Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel.
