About the role
Maxcomp is seeking a confident and motivated Call Centre Sales Representative to join its team in Santiago and Copiapo. The role focuses on outbound sales calls, following up with potential customers, promoting products and services, and scheduling appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and marketing campaigns.
- Promote products and services.
- Identify customer needs and answer questions.
- Schedule appointments and sales calls.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service.
Required profile
- Fluent English is required.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls.
- Goal‑oriented and motivated.
- Good computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
- Previous call centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset.
