Civil Works Supervisor (OOCC)

About the role

Ferrovial is seeking a Supervisor for its civil works (OOCC) to lead on‑site execution of infrastructure projects. The role bridges planning and daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and cost targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily execution of civil works including excavations, backfills, structural works, reinforced concrete and finishing works.
• Lead on‑site safety management and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate work crews and subcontractors to maintain operational continuity.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards, maintain QA/QC records and close non‑conformities.
• Track physical progress, productivity and milestone achievement, reporting status, risks and resource needs to the project management team.
• Facilitate the release and sequencing of work fronts in line with the project plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
