Clinical Sales Manager – Surgical Robotics

About the role

Edge Medical is expanding its robotic surgery platform across the Southern Cone. The Clinical Sales Manager will drive clinical adoption of the MSP2000 system by supporting surgeons, training operating‑room staff and increasing procedure volume.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support during robotic surgical procedures and assist hospitals during system installation and first cases.
• Deliver product training for surgeons, nurses and operating‑room teams, and support product demonstrations, evaluations and clinical trials.
• Support customer onboarding, ensure smooth transition to routine clinical practice and maintain relationships with surgeons, KOLs and hospital teams.
• Promote disposable products, collect feedback, communicate market requirements and work closely with Capital Sales throughout the customer journey.
• Participate in workshops, cadaver labs, conferences and scientific meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting robotic surgery or advanced surgical devices.
• Strong understanding of operating‑room workflow and experience training surgeons and clinical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent English and willingness to travel extensively.

• Experience with Intuitive Surgical platforms.
• Experience with CMR Surgical systems.
• Experience with Medtronic Hugo robotic solutions.
• Background in robotic surgery, surgical navigation and advanced surgical devices.
