CNC Operator – Machine Setup & Machining

About the role

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team at Airbus Helicopters in Queretaro, Mexico. The role involves setting up CNC machines, adjusting tools and parts, and executing machining operations in line with defined processes.

Key responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines, adjust tooling and fixtures, and prepare workpieces for production.
• Perform machining operations while monitoring the tool path and ensuring adherence to predefined processes.
• Verify machining compliance using definition and reference parts.
• Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to maintain quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Professional experience operating CNC equipment in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance and quality requirements.
• Commitment to act with integrity and follow company policies.
