Construction Manager – Critical Infrastructure & Data Center (On‑site)

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead the on‑site execution of a critical infrastructure and data‑center project in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. The role is part of an ongoing tender process and will ensure that construction, safety and technical standards are met while supporting the project’s overall delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the project management team throughout execution.
• Support project control, reporting and documentation on‑site.
• Anticipate, identify and resolve interferences and on‑site issues.
• Lead supervision of construction activities and coordinate site teams.
• Assist the client with construction sequencing and coordination.
• Supervise sourcing, manufacturing and transportation of materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on the construction site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and engineering.
• Proven experience in data‑center or critical‑infrastructure projects (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site execution and budget management.
• Experience in financial oversight, risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to work on‑site and in multicultural environments.
