Construction Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a large‑scale data centre project. The role involves directing on‑site construction activities, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all construction work on the data centre site, managing daily operations and progress.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and external stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
• Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, safety protocols and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure technical performance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems and other data centre infrastructure.
• Report status, risks and issues to senior management and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in large‑scale construction management.
• At least 8 years as a Construction Manager on data centre projects with budgets of USD 500 million or more.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
