Corporate Travel & Mobility Agent (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Corporate Travel and Mobility Agent to manage international travel arrangements for clients and employees. This fully remote position requires expertise in coordinating flights, accommodations, visas, and related services while ensuring compliance with global travel regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, health insurance, meals, car hire and other services according to budget requirements.
• Prepare cost projections and reconcile expense reports.
• Analyze and improve existing travel processes to identify savings and efficiency gains.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of passport, visa, and travel regulations for multiple destinations.
• Lead visa strategy execution and coordinate flights, housing, benefits and compensation packages, often collaborating with relocation firms or government officials.
• Document, update and propose enhancements to travel‑related procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• At least 4 years of experience in travel planning.
• Good level of English.
