Country Finance Manager Chile

About the role

SSC Space is seeking a Country Finance Manager for its Chilean operations in Santiago. The role combines financial leadership, business partnering and international collaboration to drive performance and provide insight to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close, financial reporting and ensure IFRS‑compliant results.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, KPI reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for the Country Manager and senior leadership.
• Oversee treasury, cash‑flow management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections and inter‑company processes.
• Manage tax compliance, external audits, technical accounting matters and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and data integrity across systems and consolidation processes.
• Partner with the Head of Budget Control, CFO, Group Finance and other international stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting or controlling, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience with month‑end close, consolidation, inter‑company, treasury, tax, audits, AR, AP and payroll.
• Strong analytical ability and business judgment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a multinational or technology‑driven environment is desirable.
