Country Growth and Marketing Senior Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the growth and marketing strategy for a country market of a global e‑commerce business. The role bridges strategy, product, sales and commercial execution to drive customer acquisition, retention and sustainable revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, customer, competitive and trend analysis.
• Define value propositions, segmentation, positioning and go‑to‑market plans.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives across inbound and outbound channels.
• Run high‑impact digital campaigns focused on measurable outcomes.
• Optimize the commercial funnel in close partnership with Sales.
• Set, monitor and improve marketing KPIs, lead generation and conversion metrics.
• Strengthen brand positioning and corporate reputation.
• Oversee external communications and thought‑leadership programs.
• Ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Build, mentor and empower a high‑performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Growth or Product, with at least 3 years leading cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, performance marketing and demand generation.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales to accelerate growth.
• Background in multinational or fast‑moving global environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
