CPFR Analyst

About the role

The CPFR Analyst will lead collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment activities with key customers, ensuring product availability and optimal inventory levels. This position works closely with sales, demand and supply planning, logistics, customer service, marketing and business intelligence teams to align demand with supply chain capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the CPFR process with assigned customers to improve supply‑chain performance and sales growth.
• Develop collaborative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to align forecasts, inventory targets and replenishment plans.
• Analyze sell‑out trends, customer forecasts, inventory levels and replenishment requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and maintain statistical forecasting models at SKU level, validating assumptions and monitoring deviations.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as product availability, fill rate, OTIF, days of inventory, forecast accuracy and returns.
• Manage forecast variances, stock‑outs and overstocks to ensure optimal inventory and service performance.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure flawless execution of replenishment and service plans.
• Support promotional activities, seasonal events and new product launches within the S&OP process.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage CPFR processes and collaborate with key customers.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret sell‑out trends and forecast variances.
• Experience developing statistical forecasting models at the SKU level.
• Capability to monitor and act on supply‑chain performance indicators.
