Creator Sales Specialist – Bilingual (Spanish & English)

About the role

Google is looking for a bilingual Creator Sales Specialist to accelerate YouTube influencer marketing programs across its assigned region. You will work closely with brand advertisers and internal sales teams to secure high‑impact creator deals and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline for YouTube creator advertising solutions.
• Co‑pitch strategic brand deals with advertisers, closing agreements that meet business goals.
• Guide creator ad strategy, develop industry best practices, and educate internal stakeholders on creator opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, Creator Partnerships, Insights, and Creative teams to produce pitch decks and objection‑handling resources.
• Analyze performance metrics, document client success stories, and report on strategy effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
• Proven experience working with digital organizations and closing agreements with brands, agencies, or partners.
• Fluent communication in both Spanish and English.
