About the role
The role involves responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and chat, providing problem resolution in line with the organization’s service standards. It includes handling routine calls, processing requests such as card activations, payments, and address updates, and escalating complex issues as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, email, SMS, chat).
- Process tier‑1 payment and account requests, including card activations and updates.
- Enter required data into client systems and maintain accurate records.
- Use decision trees to identify basic reasons for issues and escalate unresolved cases.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of assigned client products and services.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow scripted procedures and standard screens.
- Capacity to work under close supervision and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic computer navigation skills for data entry systems.
