Customer Service Representative – Mascot Shop

About the role

The Customer Service Representative for the Mascot Shop will support schools and clients using the Mascot Shop platform. You will manage account setups, process orders, and ensure a smooth, high‑quality experience for administrators and representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients via email and phone, answering inquiries and providing information.
• Process order requests, create new school stores, and manage Salesforce cases.
• Conduct webinars, onboarding sessions, and quick‑start meetings for administrators.
• Audit customer accounts, orders, and cases to identify and correct errors.
• Make outbound calls for follow‑up and courtesy campaigns.
• Resolve order issues, apply discount codes, edit shipping addresses, cancel or refund orders.
• Participate in cross‑department projects and special processes as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Computer literacy with working‑level skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web browsers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork orientation.
