Customer Service & Support Specialist I

About the role

The Customer Service & Support Specialist I will be the primary point of contact for clients, instructors and visitors at a CAE training centre. You will ensure a professional, seamless experience by handling inquiries, coordinating logistics and supporting day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, visitors and stakeholders, providing a positive first impression.
• Coordinate classroom reservations, on‑site activities and travel arrangements for staff and instructors.
• Manage incoming calls, emails and inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
• Support simulator operational contingencies, reporting failures and schedule changes.
• Conduct routine walk‑throughs to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Administer customer satisfaction surveys via Qualtrics, analyse results and present findings to management.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience using the Qualtrics survey platform.
