Customer Training Specialist

About the role

The Customer Training Specialist will design, deliver and optimise training programmes for Clio’s legal‑tech platform (Vincent & vLex) targeting corporate law firms and in‑house legal departments in Chile. The role focuses on accelerating adoption, reducing time‑to‑value and minimising churn across the corporate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding and advanced training sessions (virtual and in‑person) for corporate customers.
• Tailor global training content to Chilean legal and regulatory contexts and typical corporate workflows.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to identify low‑adoption accounts and create corrective training plans.
• Produce training assets – guides, videos, webinars, certifications – in Spanish, following brand guidelines.
• Track and report post‑training adoption metrics (feature usage, document views, engagement) using HubSpot and internal tools.
• Serve as the voice of Chilean corporate users to product and operations teams, highlighting recurring training gaps.
• Support product launches with webinars and up‑skilling sessions for existing customers.
• Assist sales during the closing phase to ensure a smooth onboarding hand‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Training, Customer Success, Enablement or Corporate Training, preferably in SaaS or legal‑tech.
• Native or C2 level Spanish and intermediate‑advanced English (B2+).
• Familiarity with the Chilean corporate legal ecosystem is desirable.
• Strong communication and group facilitation abilities.
