Cybersecurity Instructor – Human‑Centric Security Program

About the role

Walmart Chile is seeking a Cybersecurity Instructor to lead the Human‑Centric Cybersecurity (HCC) program. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve data‑driven security awareness initiatives that reduce human risk across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operationalization of the HCC program in Chile, including tracking milestones in PowerBI.
• Develop and deliver engaging security training for technical, non‑technical, and executive audiences.
• Design localized awareness campaigns using data analytics, behavioral insights, and Generative AI to target individual risk profiles.
• Maintain and update training modules on GenAI guardrails and security automation best practices.
• Lead the Champions network and ensure audit‑ready governance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and human risk factors.
• Experience creating and scaling security awareness programs.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into targeted training.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
