DevOps Engineer

About the role

XeXe is rebuilding its cross‑border payments platform and needs a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to own end‑to‑end infrastructure, pipelines and incident response. You will work closely with engineering, architecture and security teams to keep production resilient and fast.

Key responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipeline reliability and developer experience across squads, including release gating, delivery automation and rollback safety.
• Build and operate multi‑region AWS infrastructure (Cognito, networking, disaster recovery).
• Partner with engineering on AI‑accelerated SDLC tooling adoption.
• Maintain production observability, define SLOs, and handle incident response on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience building and operating production infrastructure end‑to‑end.
• Strong experience with AWS multi‑region setups, IAM, networking and managed services.
• Hands‑on use of AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) daily.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Container orchestration in production
• Observability and monitoring stack with SLO definition and alerting
• Production incident response and on‑call rotation
