Differential Educator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Differential Educator to join our early childhood team. The role focuses on creating a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental progress and fostering strong partnerships with families.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities.
• Assess, monitor, and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s achievements and needs.
• Apply the ISP safeguarding and health‑and‑safety principles in daily practice.

Required profile

• Degree in early childhood education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification and proven experience in early childhood settings.
• Commitment to the ISP values of wellbeing, respect, operational excellence, financial responsibility, and continuous learning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
