Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support our US‑based agency’s growing portfolio of clients across Latin America. The role involves creating and optimizing paid campaigns, managing online listings, and making quick edits to client websites. You will work fully remotely within a virtual office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage Google Search, Display and retargeting campaigns.
• Develop and oversee paid social media ads on Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
• Conduct digital audits to uncover growth opportunities and refine strategies.
• Perform basic edits and page builds on WordPress, Wix and Shopify sites.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business and Yelp listings for accuracy and conversions.
• Assist the supervisor with account management tasks and special projects.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in digital marketing services.
• Strong command of English grammar and ability to write professional blogs and press releases.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

• Google Ads (Search, Display, retargeting).
• Meta, YouTube and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Canva for graphic and video creation.
• WordPress, Wix and Shopify site editing.
