Driver Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Driver Operations Specialist to lead driver acquisition, activation and retention across Chile. The role combines strategic planning, market analysis and people management to ensure a high‑performing driver network.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to attract, activate and retain drivers through effective acquisition channels and tools.
• Analyze regional and market trends using reporting tools and socio‑economic data to inform strategy.
• Plan and oversee recruitment budgets while tracking key performance indicators.
• Conduct immersive market research, including interviews and focus groups, to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor competitors to identify gaps and opportunities in target regions.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and marketplace teams to drive cross‑functional results.
• Lead and develop the driver operations team, setting transparent targets and personalized development plans.

Required profile

• B2+ level English proficiency.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in business operations, expansion or launch, preferably in ride‑hailing, delivery or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of the sales funnel and driver acquisition processes.
• Experience managing sales or recruitment teams is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Adaptability to fast‑changing recruitment demands and market conditions.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and market trends is a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
