About the role
ISP is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood team. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive and develop foundational skills.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children.
- Assess and monitor student progress and development, adjusting instruction as needed.
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes wellbeing.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and classroom activities.
Required profile
- Strong background in early childhood education and instructional practice.
- Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and the wellbeing of all learners.
- Respectful, caring attitude toward children, colleagues, and families.
- Alignment with ISP’s values of continuous learning, financial responsibility, and inclusive culture.
Required skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience and creativity when working with young children.
