About the role

The company is seeking a Marketing and Events Manager to lead the development and execution of its brand positioning, advertising, communication, and sales strategies. The role involves overseeing both internal and external campaigns, managing social media, and coordinating events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise the company’s marketing plan aligned with commercial goals and brand identity.
• Design, coordinate and monitor advertising, promotional and communication campaigns from concept to evaluation.
• Create and approve marketing, advertising and promotional materials while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
• Manage corporate social media platforms and generate audience‑focused content.
• Plan and coordinate events, promotions, sponsorships and merchandising activities with internal teams and external providers.
• Oversee agency and supplier‑produced campaigns, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance, prepare reports and key indicators for senior management.
• Support the General Manager and sales area in strategies to grow brand reputation and acquire new clients.
• Administer the marketing budget, procure materials and services, and monitor team performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing coordination.
• General knowledge of digital marketing and brand positioning.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Leadership, proactivity, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Responsibility and willingness to travel to other provinces; own vehicle preferred.

What we offer

• Salary range $50,000 – $60,000 plus commissions for client prospecting.
