English Teacher – Part-time (In-office)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified English as a Foreign Language (EFL) teacher to deliver in‑office classes at our Pudahuel centre, located near Barrancas Metro station in Santiago. The position is part‑time and freelance, with two weekly sessions – Wednesday late morning and Thursday late afternoon.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to adult or teen learners according to the scheduled timetable.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and activities that match the curriculum.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a professional classroom environment and appearance.
• Collaborate with the teaching team for additional in‑person or online courses.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in English teaching.
• English proficiency at C2 level or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of teaching experience.
• Citizen or legal resident of Chile.
• Professional demeanor, prompt communication and neat appearance.
• Own a laptop to use during classes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a laptop for instructional purposes.
