Enterprise Account Manager – AWS Global Sales

About the role

Join Amazon Web Services to drive adoption of cloud technologies across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will work directly with C‑level executives to position AWS as a core technology partner and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for 3‑5 enterprise customers, consistently meeting quarterly revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CFOs, CTOs/CIOs and other senior leaders, framing AWS value in terms of cost reduction, time‑to‑market and competitive advantage.
• Lead consultative sales cycles of 12‑18+ months, focusing on high‑value workloads such as core systems, digital channels, advanced analytics and AI/ML.
• Identify transformation opportunities, articulate a compelling vision of AWS enablement, and orchestrate complex decision‑making across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Coordinate internal AWS teams and customer stakeholders to move deals forward efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen combined with a solid technical background.
• Proven ability to engage at the CXO level and influence strategic decisions.
• Self‑starter who can design territory coverage plans and deliver on revenue commitments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for multi‑year, high‑stakes engagements.
