Enterprise Business Development Manager

About the role

The Enterprise Business Development Manager will drive growth of China Mobile International Chile’s enterprise portfolio across telecom services, IT products and ICT integration. Based in Chile, the role focuses on prospecting new opportunities, building strong client relationships and delivering sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and prioritize new business opportunities to expand the market in Chile.
• Generate demand and achieve sales targets for telecom and IT solutions.
• Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, conduct needs analysis, provide product information, quotations and tender support.
• Develop relationships with senior and mid‑level stakeholders at key client organisations.
• Promote value‑added solutions such as IP‑Transit, A2P services and mobile data cards across ISP, IDC, OTT and enterprise customers.
• Analyse sales trends, new products and service areas to uncover further business opportunities.
• Collaborate with support departments to design solutions and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal business units to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IT products, telecom services or related markets, preferably with cable connectivity, IDC or cloud service provider exposure.
• Strong customer‑oriented attitude, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and charismatic presentation ability.
• Highly collaborative with strong listening and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
