Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

Join Toloka AI’s Mindrift initiative to shape the next generation of generative AI by translating real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments. This remote, project‑based position is designed for former consultants from top‑tier strategy firms who can craft realistic business scenarios for AI training.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesising messy data into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort delivering recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
