Executive Banking Training Program – La Ligua

About the role

Banco de Chile is launching a three‑month Executive Banking Training Program in La Ligua. The program combines theoretical learning with practical experience, guided by a tutor during the initial months and supported by continuous feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to acquire new personal banking clients and sell financial products.
• Ensure all operations comply with the bank’s credit policies and service protocols.
• Monitor and follow up on client overdrafts.
• Conduct maintenance and loyalty calls to strengthen client relationships.
• Identify business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Handle client inquiries via email, phone, or online channels, including credit simulations.
• Prepare and present credit proposals to committees.

Required profile

• Degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in learning commercial tools, customer experience, and sales techniques.
• Availability to start in October 2026.
