Field Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑scaling SaaS company transforming how brands execute at the point of sale across LATAM. As we expand in Chile, we need a Field Marketing Manager who can translate global strategy into local, on‑the‑ground actions and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute field activations such as events, demos, trade shows and client visits.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to accelerate the commercial cycle.
• Own the field‑generated lead pipeline and report on impact metrics.
• Develop local marketing materials aligned with the global brand.
• Build lasting relationships with retailers, distributors and key accounts in Chile.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech or retail.
• Hybrid mindset: strategic thinker who can also execute in the field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel regionally and strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing tools.
