Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will serve as a strategic finance advisor to assigned business units, supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. Working closely with senior leaders, the role ensures transparency, consistency, and alignment with global FP&A standards while influencing key business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary FP&A partner for designated business units, providing scenario analysis and trade‑off recommendations.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring robust methodology and forecast accuracy.
• Prepare and lead monthly business reviews, delivering deep performance analysis versus plan.
• Influence P&L performance through revenue, cost, investment, and capex analysis.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across processes and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, business partnering, or controlling.
• Prior experience in Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or FMCG environments.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior management and delivering actionable financial insights.
