Finance Manager – FP&A & Business Partner (Chile)

About the role

Plaza Premium Group is looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, analysis and compliance for its Chile operations. Reporting to the Country leadership team and collaborating with global finance, the role will ensure robust financial governance while providing strategic insights to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop data‑driven financial models to support decision‑making and CAPEX evaluation (DCF, projections).
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records in line with local regulations.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audited financial statements and tax filings.
• Maintain compliance with local accounting standards and coordinate with HQ Finance to align reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls, monitor financial processes and identify risk or control gaps.
• Review balance‑sheet positions, AR aging and working‑capital metrics.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives with local leadership.
• Act as a strategic finance partner to country leadership, translating data into clear business insights.
• Support pricing strategies, business planning and prepare monthly management reports and KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional finance, auditors, banks and external partners.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, including FP&A, accounting and analysis.
• Strong business‑partnering experience with senior stakeholders (C‑level exposure preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) are a plus.
• Senior‑level expertise with excellent analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Financial modeling and DCF analysis capabilities.
