Finance Manager

About the role

We are a leading international company seeking a Finance Manager to be based in Santiago and lead the financial strategy for our Latin American regional operation. The role acts as a strategic business partner, driving decision‑making, supporting execution and transforming the finance function into an agile, data‑driven, performance‑oriented model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide strategic financial insight.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting and compliance with local and international standards.
• Deliver actionable analysis to improve profitability and business performance.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements and digital initiatives.
• Support commercial strategy through pricing, margin and customer profitability analysis.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.
• Participate in strategic projects and M&A integration efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of senior finance leadership experience (FP&A, Finance Head or similar).
• Experience in multinational and matrix organisations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Proven track record in finance transformation and organisational change.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Fluent English.
